I appreciated the spaciousness OF the room. The shower was also GREAT. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided. plenty of towels were available.

I really appreciated that i could check in and out using whatsapp. we got the room a few hours early. It was very helpful. the location is very convenient. A tram and bus stop are about a 5-minute walk away. the dancing house is just around the corner.

The heating and cooling system made excessive noise, yet it wasn't efficient at keeping a comfortable temperature. i doubted the room's cleanliness. There were many spider webs in several areas, and the bed sheets seemed not clean. the toilet had visible stains and dirt around the sink and shower cabin.

the room was VERY clean and quiet. the beds were VERY comfortable. i noticed there were earplugs provided THAT was a nice touch. we didn't need them because it was quiet.

i was disappointed that there was NO reception DESK. getting assistance required using whatsapp. the bathroom had humidity ISSUES. the coffee machine did not work upon arrival.

The check-in and check-out process was very convenient. A special room offered extra essentials like fresh towels. The location is AMAZING, close to city attractions, the river promenade, tram stations, and restaurants. The building itself was beautiful inside and out.

I found the heating and cooling system quite noisy. It also seemed inefficient at maintaining a comfortable temperature. I had doubts about the room's cleanliness, I noticed spider webs. The provided towels looked worn.
